Two beaches on the East Coast, three hotels (two in Protaras and one in Paphos), and the Water park in Paphos made this year’s Tripadvisor top 5! For such a small island in the Mediterranean, I say it did quite well.
Therefore, if you haven’t reached the island yet, maybe it’s time to look for a plane ticket because you must see Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa and Fig Tree Bay in Protaras.

At the European level, Cyprus is doing even better. Nissi Beach is number 4 on the top of the list, while Fig Tree Bay in Protaras came in at number 22. For such a small island, I’d say it’s not bad with two top beaches for sun, water, and fun tourists!

Top 25 hotels in Europe
Infinity Blu Protaras is ranked 14th. It is the only hotel on the island that entered this list. Therefore, those people over there must be doing something very good to have collected so many positive reviews to be propelled to this top! Although,, have in mind that the hotel is actually in Pernera, not Protaras.

After having two beaches at the European top, we also have two of the most romantic hotels. This is, according to the opinion of those who stayed here, normal! In 11th place, we find Infinity Blu Protaras, which is adults-only, and in 24th place is Amavi, MadeForTwoHotels from Paphos.

Top Family Hotels
Protaras again in the top with Louis St Elias Resort & Waterpark in an honorable 10th place. Here the hotel on the hill of Protaras fought with hotels in Greece, Spain, Turkey, Italy, and Austria, and from what reviews I saw it has, no I’m surprised that it got an honorable place in this list.

Top amusement park in Europe
The water park in Pafos took a nice 12th place in this top. Just when I thought that on the island, we don’t have many places to have fun that the tourists like a lot.
In fact, Pafos has the most hotels with an indoor water park. Maybe because the beaches there are not as beautiful as those on the East Coast, and then they compensated with something to attract as many people who love water and fun.
