I have found for you the perfect beach if you don’t want to have sand on your feet and on your towel.
It is in Ormideia, between Ayia Napa and Larnaca. A few meters from the highway, with lots of parking places and enough sunbeds. And it has those kind of umbrellas you can’t move around or close.
I know for sure there are people who don’t like sand. I had no problem with it but I think I am starting to reconsider it after going here two times so far.
It is kind of refreshing to be able to get dressed without fighting the sand, and without taking ”half of the beach” with me in the car…

🔹 It is quiet if you choose to stay on the right side.
🔹 There is a kiosk to buy refreshment drinks.
🔹 You get to watch the airplanes getting ready to land on Larnaca airport.
🔹 Easy access with the car and literally you park by the beach.
🔹 NO sand.
🔹 You don’t have to walk a lot in the water to be able to swim.
🔹 It is not crowded even on weekend time, in the middle of the summer.
🔹 No ping pong sounds there.
🔹 No water sports in the area.
The cons for Ormideia beach
🔹 No sand for kids to play with.
🔹 If you have kids, you will have to be extra careful because the water is deep from the shore.
